How to Erase the Data on Your Motorola V3RAZR
Since we just upgraded my wife to the iPhone, I needed to erase the data on her old Motorola V3RAZR. A quick Google search yielded poor results so I ended up at a very prominent cell phone recycling website. In order to receive the instructions for wiping the cell phone, I was required to give my email/contact information, etc. This just plain irritated me. Now that I have the instructions on how to do the wipe, I’m posting them online so that you’ll not need to give up your information like I did.
This Data Eraser guide gives you all the information you need to remove your personal information from your phone. Remember to always discontinue service on your phone prior to reselling, donating, or recycling it – contact your service provider for more information.
