My Google Reader Shared Items for February 22nd:

  • 5 Ways To Access Your Google Tasks – If you have a GTD mentality like I do, then you always want constant access to your to-do list. If you use Google Tasks, then this short article may highlight one or two ways you can access Tasks that you didn’t already know about.
  • 15 Efficient e-Portfolio Tools – Great article! While I love most of these services, we would be remiss to not discuss the fact that many of these free options may not be around in the next couple of years. I guess the moral would be “choose wisely” if you are looking for a long term solution for an e-portfolio.
  • Edit Images Online With The Aviary Web Suite – I love all of the pressure on Adobe from start-ups. Hopefully Adobe will begin to respond to this pressure and begin to lower the pricing on their software. It’s just ridiculously expensive right now.
  • You Must Learn To Teach Online! – Food for thought. While I am a whole-hearted advocate for both synchronous and asynchronous online learning, I am not convinced that every teacher must learn to teach online.
  • The Top 3 Online Multiplayer Games (MMO) For Youngsters – So if the youngsters are doing this at home, what makes you think you’ll be able to engage them in the classroom? The clock is ticking for the traditional classroom guys….
